Merry Maintenance Launches Nov. 23!

Thursday, November 12th, 2009

Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc. is launching a new Wellness Program, MERRY MAINTENANCE, beginning November 23 ending January 4.  MERRY MAINTENANCE is a six week weight maintenance program developed to help employees maintain their weight during a traditionally high calorie holiday meal time.

Employees will weigh in with their supervisors prior to the November 23 start date.  Employees will need to have maintained or lost weight after their final weigh in on January 4 to have successfully completed the program.  Those who achieve the weight maintenance goal during the six week period will be entered into a drawing for tickets to a NASCAR Race!

Information on weigh-in times for your location, as well as a weight log sheet, will be distributed closer to the program start date.

GOOD LUCK!
